Are you a highly experienced Educator looking to further your career as the Director of Nursing -Education and Research?

The Cunningham Centre, the Registered Training Organisation (RTO) for Queensland Health, are seeking a strategic leader to take on the Director of Nursing – Education and Research within the Darling Down Health Service (DDHHS).
As the Director of Nursing – Education and Research you will provide strategic direction and leadership to the nurse and midwifery educators as well as design, develop, implement and evaluate the Educational Framework for the Nursing and Midwifery staff not only in the DDHHS but also other rural and remote Hospital and Health Services.
To be eligible for this opportunity you must hold a Masters level or above qualification in Education and hold qualifications and professional registration in nursing and/or midwifery that are eligible for registration in Australia.
To secure this role you will demonstrate:
- experience in curriculum development, including rural and remote nursing practice
- ability to conduct research and mentor staff
- ability to contribute high level project/program management skills including risk analysis, continuous evaluation and project adaptation, monitoring and reporting on project outcomes and financial status and managing complex consultation processes with multiple stakeholder groups.
