Our team is researching the capabilities of Nurse Educators (Ethics approval H14/01-016). We aim to identify a set of capability statements to advance the profession. We have created a scale that we term CONE (Capabilities of the Nurse Educator). Your involvement will help us to refine it, and inform the resulting guidelines.
