Dear Members and colleagues,
The Australian Nurse Teachers’ Society (ANTS) is convening the National Nurse Educators' Conference (NNEC) 2025, to be held in the Sydney in June 2025.
We are seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) for the Conference Organizing Committee in the lead up to this event. The Organizing Committee is an essential part of the ANTS conference to ensure quality of content. The Organizing Committee members liaise regularly with our Conference Management Services Team to plan and prepare for the biennial NNEC.
Eligibility
- ANTS Members both clinical and academic are invited to submit an Expression of Interest to join the Conference Organizing Committee for the upcoming NNEC 2025 Conference
Commitment
- It is anticipated members will attend and monthly 1-hour conference planning meetings to in the lead up to the conference, with potentially more frequent meetings in the final couple of months prior to the meeting.
The roles and responsibilities of the Committee shall include:
- Work up conference theme(s)
- Collaborate with the Conference Management Services Team on tasks requiring ANTS input
- Coordinate with members of the Scientific Committee
- Potential involvement in selecting chairs for sessions
- Attend conference planning meetings
