Some of you may know that I recently attended the 2011 INANE conference in San Francisco. I went on a mission to learn about producing a peer-reviewed journal, as well as to learn from other experienced Nurse Editors about the common issues they face in producing a peer-reviewed journal.

On return, I submitted a report to the National Executive, and I am placing it here for everyone to read.

There was definitely some 'food for thought' coming from this conference.
