ANTS Clinical Educator of the Year Award 2012
Recognising Excellence in Nurse and Midwifery Education in the Clinical setting

Applications close for 2012 Award Thursday February 28 2013.

ANTS is pleased to announce the inaugural ANTS Clinical Educator of the Year Award. The aim of the award is to encourage and recognise innovative teaching practices in the education of Nurses and Midwives in the clinical and workplace settings. The award consists of a cheque for $3,000 and a plaque and the winner will be presented the award at a convenient ANTS event, local to the winner, in early 2013. The ANTS Clinical Educator of the Year Award is judged by a panel of the National Executive or Branch Committee members of ANTS.

This award is open to all members who contribute to nurse or midwifery education outside of the academic or education institution setting. This may include members who are employed in roles such as clinical facilitator, nurse or midwifery educators, clinical nurse educators, clinical nurse specialists, staff development nurses, education coordinators, education managers. The environments these members may be employed in could include hospitals, health care and community centres, aged care facilities. Click for more information
