Dear Stakeholder 

The National Lead Clinicians Group (NLCG) Secretariat previously wrote in November 2012 in relation to the Awards for Excellence in Innovative Implementation of Clinical Guidelines. 

Applications for the Awards close at 5pm AEDT, 16 March 2013, and we strongly encourage you to disseminate information about the Awards to your members and other stakeholders as appropriate. 

The Awards will recognise the contributions of clinicians and managers of health services to developing successful, creative and cost-effective approaches to implementing best practice, and are open to clinicians and managers from across the spectrum of health care.  Approaches with broader applicability for multi-disciplinary and cross sectoral implementation are encouraged.
