i am interested in finding out what KPI's Nurse Educators are accountable for in their facility / organisation and how and which format they report on these.

Hi Nicole- I'm curious as to how you are going with your KPI investigations for Nurse Educators. We are reviewing ours as the current KPIs we are using don't capture output or outcomes of clinical nurse education.

This is an area of interest, I'd be keen to hear more about. We are a medium regional/rural hospital in Victoria. The educators in my dept were discussing this this morning. We tend to see attendance at training and anecdotal feedback as fairly loose KPI's, but don't have any formal measures/outcome statements.
