Help Advance Nursing Transition Research
We are interested to recruit RNs who are within their first 12 months of employment with an organisation working in regional and rural Australia.
They will be invited to complete an online survey of approximately 20 minutes in duration.
Findings will inform strategies to improve transition support, workforce sustainability, and nurse retention in regional and rural health services.
