We are delighted to introduce Megan Thorn.
Megan is a Registered Nurse, Midwife, and acute care clinician, currently a Lecturer at the University of Sydney. As an Early Career Researcher, her work focuses on workforce wellbeing, professional identity, and the organisational factors that shape how nurses and midwives experience their work.
With more than a decade of experience in nursing and midwifery education, spanning clinical education, simulation, professional practice, and curriculum design, Megan brings a wealth of knowledge to the committee. She’s passionate about helping shape the next generation of nursing education and contributing to a strong, thriving nursing education community.
