Catherine is a Hobart-based Clinical Nurse Educator supporting early career nurses to build clinical confidence, critical thinking, and professional identity, with a focus on medical specialties and transition-to-practice programs. She has a strong interest in education design, mentorship, and evidence-informed practice, and is passionate about building resilient nursing workforces and advancing person-centred care.
